I finished using 17-HD about a month ago and I have to say my strength did increase however I didnt feel the energy that VyoTech claims there to be. My bench consistently went up throughout the month and it felt like I did recover slightly faster. I would prob be willing to try 17-HD again to break plateaus or just get that slight edge back.
