Decent creatine product, February 29, 2008

This product is a good option if you want to make creatine a part of your diet. I take it after my workouts as soon as I leave the gym to promote recovery. I take Nitrix before my workouts but I take creatine ethyl ester directly after. These pills are also pretty good to take thru the day since it is so easy.
